Kid Day at Adobe

Adobe had "Kid Day" at work today. Mason and Ellie were super excited about going to work with Dad. We had to wake them up super early so they could be ready for the commute. They got to see Dad's office, build with LEGOS, they had balloon art made for them, snowcones, and lunch. They even enjoyed watching cartoons and playing the Xbox kinect. They were exhausted when they got home. Cassidy was a little disappointed that she couldn't go, but she did love being the only kid at home. She made all the choices about what to do and we even went to get a Jamba Juice together. 

Lawrence Hall of Science

We spent our morning discovering the fun at the Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley. The kids had fun with all the exploring and hands on activities. 

Children's Fairyland

Today we went to Children's Fairyland in Oakland. It's a storybook theme park for little kids. It's been around since 1948. I went there as a kid and Grammy Trish went there as a kid as well. We watched a puppet show, rode on some rides, saw some animals and had a picnic. Another fun day.

Muir Woods

It was a beautiful day walking through the beautiful redwoods at Muir Woods. I hadn't  been there since I was a kid. We went with Uncle Eric who was a great guide. The weather was cool and the trees were huge! Another fun experience.

Happy 4th of July!

Another fun day! We started the day by making some yummy firework cookies inspired by Aunt Meggie. We went swimming and had a BBQ for dinner. We headed over to watch fireworks and it was so fun to watch the fireworks from Grampy's truck.  

Jelly Belly Factory

We toured the Jelly Belly Factory. Fun fun!
