Cassidy was looking forward to this morning all week. When dad had to leave she told me that she almost cried. It was such a special time for her. So sweet!

Mason invited a few friends and headed to nickel city for some birthday fun. We went to chik-fil-a for dinner after. Fun times!

Happy 8th Birthday Ellie!

Today Ellie is officially 8 years old. It was great to spend the day together with no work or school to get in the way. After opening her presents, we went to the park, and Ellie spent a long time practicing with her new rollerblades. She has gotten so good after just one day! We went to chik-fil-a for dinner and topped it off with cake and ice cream. Happy birthday Ellie!

Ellie had a movie night party this year. Movie, pizza, popcorn, nail painting and cupcakes. So much fun! So much giggling! 

Soccer

Ellie had her first soccer game today. She is awesome! I'm so impressed with the effort Ellie puts into each practice and game. She scored a goal today and was pretty pleased about that.

Cassidy had her first soccer game of the season today. Another exciting event to add to the day. She worked so hard out there and was always after the ball. She had fun too!

Cassidy went to kindergarten today!!! She LOVED it! She couldn't stop talking about it after we got home. I'm so glad she feels comfortable there and is happy. 

A new cousin!

We are so excited to have a new cousin. Cameron and Brittany had a baby girl a couple days ago. We were excited to go meet our newest cousin, Lacey. 

First day of school!

Mason and Ellie were pretty excited to start school today. Cassidy was sad she couldn't go because kindergarten doesn't start until next week. Mason is in 4th grade and Ellie is in 2nd grade.
