1 Year Photo Shoot

I started a tradition, when Mason was little, to take pictures of the kids at a park when they turned one. I have Mason and Ellie's pictures, and now, here are Cassidy's. I started looking through all the pictures I took and they all made me smile. That is the reason for picture overload! I had to include every one of them of this sweet little girl.

Preschool...check. Next up, Kindergarten!

Mason had his preschool graduation today. It was pretty cute. He is ready for Kindergarten! Wow! We are about to enter the life of school-aged children. I don't know if I'm ready for this.

I can't believe Cassidy is one. Where did the year go? She is such a sweet baby and I still can't get enough of cuddling her. She has brought so much joy into our family. We love her so much!

Happy Easter!

We had a great time celebrating Easter. Ellie has been wanting to dye the eggs for about 2 weeks, and has been asking everyday if it was the day we got to do it. She was thrilled on Saturday when I finally said yes.

We had Geoff, Erin and cousin Cora come over for dinner.

We were lucky to have Uncle Eric spend a few days with us last week. Mason and Ellie couldn't have been more excited. Before Eric got here, Mason told me that he was more excited for Eric to be here than for Christmas! Mason and Ellie kept him busy playing pretty much the whole time. It took Cassidy a couple of days to warm up, but after a few rounds of peek-a-boo with Eric, she decided he was safe and let him hold her. We had a lot of fun with Eric. Five minutes after he left, Mason said to me, "I feel empty inside." We all felt a little empty when Eric left. We can't wait to see him again!

Cassidy is walking everywhere!

Cassidy has been able to take steps for awhile now, but it was this week that she decided to really take off. She walks everywhere! She definitely prefers it to crawling these days.
